Google Facing Bankruptcy?

[NEW YORK - Wednesday] - by Devon Melk. Rumors are now running amok
that the 2nd most powerful website on the entire Worldwide-Web may
file BANKRUPTCY, with the deadline set for this December; being the
date of both discharge and dissolution in a Federal Court of Law.

This would come as a SHOCK to investors and "Googlers" alike who
both profit and benefit from the use of the World's largest and
most powerful search engine which receives far in excess of
100 MILLION unique daily visitors and well over 300 million
individual searches daily - making it perhaps the single most
valuable public data resource as an "information bank" online the
world over.

But is the rumor true or false?

The origin of the rumor occurred when some savvy Internet marketers
began making statements that they had heard "insiders' talk" that
the company (now publicly traded since April 30, 2004, just over 3
years ago) may face financial disaster with the release of a "new
system" that would allow advertisers to get their otherwise
pay-per-click (PPC) advertising completely free.

This, of course, would naturally lead directly (like a domino-
effect) to the collapse of Google's sibling program AdSense; as its
only revenue comes from the direct sales of AdWords "clicks."

The "new system" in question and responsible for the controversy
over getting AdWords pay-per-clicks free is that developed by
Dr Jon Cohen of New York City, New York (now retired) who discovered
a simple, yet effective means, for getting Google PPC ads without
having to suffer the costs involved.

The retired New York doctor and native has a publicly disclosed net
worth now in excess of $7O million [US], having generated well over
$377 million in product sales from sixteen (16) separate online
businesses within just nine (9) years since first venturing online
in 1998 (about the same time as Google was founded).

It is estimated by company insiders and leading financial analysts
that the "good doctor" (as he's called by "all who know him") has
purportedly saved well over $93 million (some estimates suggest
closer to $136 million) in otherwise paid advertising at Google and
the other major players in the PPC targeted-search arena online -
including Yahoo, MSN, AskJeeves, AllTheWeb.com, HotBot, AltaVista,
Lycos and Netscape, just to name a few.

The "secret" became available to the general masses last April, and
its very release caused such a major sweeping stir among the
community of Internet-marketers, affiliate-marketers, webmasters,
ecommerce company owners and surfers alike that the site quickly
rose to break the top most visited 1,000 websites on the entire

When asked if the "secret" would somehow ruin Google, Dr Cohen
revealed almost cryptically that it actually would bring about just

system to the general public -- which indicates to most observers

consisting of some of Google's top executives completed performing

(tech-talk for some HTML) that can be added to any webpage(s) that
instantly causes the elimination of the page owner's AdWords costs

and talk to visitors and explain a bit more how the mysterious new
breakthrough system works.

Since the addition of this new "live" spokes-woman has now appeared

2,430% suddenly and with no limit in sight."

Coutrin continues: "With the newest revision now in place, plus all
the additions added, affiliates for the new system can expect to
earn even more than ever before!" (Note: Affiliates make up the
bulk of the firm's sales generation.)

The refund rate for the new revised version of the secret (named
V5.1) has dropped to less than half of what it was before the newer
version's release; meaning it's now even more readily-received and
put to use than ever before (perhaps in large part to the newer
simplicity of application) - now making it the safest and one of
the best resellers for the networks of affiliate marketers who earn
their revenues from the reselling of other electronic publishers'
stock and digital product lines.

When asked, Google company representatives stated matter-of-factly
that the rumors of bankruptcy for the ecommerce giant are simply
not true, and that the rumor millings are in fact simply the result
of "panics" brought on by the usual hysteria associated with
anything large, new or revolutionary - or in this case, all three.

Attempts to contact both Sergey Brin and Larry Page, the former
Stanford University students who founded Google in 1998, to request

But you have a party at home or you have got special guests then apart from general lighting you can also light your spot lights or high lighters to high light some of your decorative pictures or statues. Put indirect lighters ,up lighter to high your ceiling and get indirect lighting.

Suppose you have a dinner or cocktail party then the mood is different , that time you can put indirect lighting one or two spot lights to give an party or leisure ambience or atmosphere . Suppose you are in romantic mood and sitting with you wife you can create a romantic ambience by putting on jummes and one or two indirect lighting only to create romantic atmosphere.

You are not in good mood you can use indirect lighters only. Or you want to study then you can have only the table lamp lit for you study.

Killer Antibiotic Resistant Disease becoming death to Humans and animals

In recent Survey it has been found that main reason for the death of Animals and Humans are the antibiotic-resistant bacteria Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) is killing both in Denmark..

The study reveled that the death of Liver and Cancer patients. This bacterium has been implicated... The number of infected patient jumped 50 percent last year.

Further the study reveled to Health officials that the bacteria is being transmitted to humans through pigs. The high increased use of antibiotics in agriculture and in cultivation may be behind the spread of the resistant strain.


ESBLs ?

ESBLs are defined as Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamases they are actually produced by certain types of bacteria, which renders the bacteria resistant to the antibiotics commonly used to treat them. ESBLs were first discovered in the mid-1980s. At the time they were mostly found in the Klebsiella species of bacteria, in hospital intensive care units. Until recently, few people were affected by these mutated bacteria and it didn't appear to be a major growing concern.

According to the British Health Protection Agency (HPA), a new class of ESBL (called CTX-M enzymes) has emerged, which are now being widely detected among E.Coli bacteria. These ESBL-producing E. Coli are resistant to penicillins and cephalosporins, and are becoming more frequent in urinary tract infections.

Other species of bacteria that can now produce ESBLs include:
a) K. pneumoniae b) K. oxytoca c) Salmonella d)Proteus mirabilis e) Pseudomonas aeruginosa

As published October 2007 in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), there were close to 100,000 cases of invasive methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infections in the United States in 2005, which lead to more than 18,600 deaths.

Paradoxically, HIV/AIDS was responsible for the deaths of 17,000 people that year.

Antibiotic-resistant disease IS a major man-made problem. This was the study that propelled MRSA into the news last year, combined with a number of school outbreaks that took place around the same time. Discussions focused largely on reducing medical over-use of antibiotics, and proper hygiene such as washing your hands with soap and water to reduce the spread of infectious disease.




But little has been said about the rampant
over-use of antibiotics in agriculture, which is
a MAJOR source of human antibiotic consumption,
and hence increased antibiotic resistance.

Both MRSA and ESBL are being traced back to animals raised for food production, especially pigs
These animals are often fed antibiotics at low
doses for disease prevention and growth promotion. Animals receiving antibiotics in their feed gain
4 to 5 percent more body weight than animals that do not receive antibiotics, but the price is high for you, the end consumer, because this practice also creates the perfect conditions for antibiotic
resistance to flourish.


Denmark's health department claim they're unsure of the source to how farmers and veterinarians, who have not consumed infected meat, are becoming infected. More over according to research done on Johns Hopkins website, the main reservoir of these organisms is in the lower digestive tract, and they can persist within the gastrointestinal tract for months. So perhaps the answer doesn't have to be all that complicated.


The trend of the meat and poultry industry practice of using antibiotics is main driving force behind the development of antibiotic resistance in a now wide variety of bacteria that cause human disease.

The FDA finally banned the use of fluoroquinolones - a widely used class of antimicrobials -- from
agricultural use August 1997, but not without the Bayer Corporation kicking and screaming ivehement
opposition. After all, antibiotics for livestock use is big business. It constitutes about 70 percent of ALL antibiotic use! They couldn't replace that market with human consumers even if they tried.

Other Agricultural Sources of Antibiotics

Another heavily tainted meat product you should stay away from is conventionally raised chicken. A 2006 study published in the Journal of Infectious Diseases found that bacteria from conventional chicken and from people who ate the chicken became resistant to Synercid, a strong antibiotic used to treat antibiotic-resistant bacteria. In essence, it can cause resistance to the last lines of defense
currently available in the modern medicine cabinet.

It also found that it was rare to find resistant bacteria among antibiotic-free chicken, while the majority of bacterial isolates from conventional poultry were resistant.

But, the dangers of using antibiotics in agriculture don't end there. Antibiotics filter down through the food chain in sometimes non-suspecting ways. Antibiotics are also being transferred, via manure, into your food supply through a process called bio magnification.

A study conducted in 2007 in the Journal of Environmental Quality looked at whether food crops will accumulate antibiotics from soil covered with antibiotic-containing manure. In a greenhouse setting, corn, lettuce and potatoes were grown on soil that contained hog manure with a commonly used veterinary antibiotic added.

The antibiotics were absorbed by all three crops, into both their leaves and tissue. Meanwhile, the antibiotics also transferred to the potato tubers, suggesting that root crops like carrots, radishes and potatoes may be particularly at risk of antibiotic accumulation.

These findings unfortunately also have implications for organic farmers, who often use manure as their main source of fertilizer. And, as it stands, manure that contains antibiotic is still allowed under the organic label.

How to Avoid Excessive Antibiotic Exposure

Therefore how can you ensure that the food you feed to yourself and your family is pure and healthy? Apart from growing it yourself, your best option is to get to know a local farmer near you – one who uses non-toxic farming methods. If you live in an urban area, there are increasing numbers of community-supported agriculture programs available that give you access to healthy, locally grown
foods even if you live in the heart of the city.

As most of you already realize, I sell information and services. I create my products and services using my computer and then mold them into many.
Selling Existing Products and Services

Can you grow a new business online selling existing products and services? The answer is yes. I've seen it done over and over. Many of own Affiliate are brand new to business online and have generated income from month one. While it is usually not a huge amount, it is income and that's what it's all about. "Growing" an online income has to start somewhere.

There are affiliate programs on just about any niche product or service you can imagine. Whatever niche you plan to develop your business around, you'll more than likely be able to find affiliates program you can join.

If you've been waiting for the right idea to come along so you can start a business of your own, you may want to simply jump on someone else's idea instead. Many sites have already done all the research and development for you.

Bored from working in 9 to 5 job, with fixed income , I decided to venture in to internet marketing. As so many years I used to work for marketing in lamps and tubes in market. Then one of my friend told me about internet marketing, I said I donot have any experience.

He told me that first to take up affiliate marketing, before going in to fully in to internet marketing. I said “Affiliate marketing!!!!!!!!!!” what it is ?? he said that is I hear is very commenly , when people are told about affiliate marketing. Then i exclaimed and implored him to tell me more about affiliate marketing and how I can take up affiliate marketing as a job. I told him to explain me in detailed form, what I have to do , in order to make money ect.

Then he told me in detail and also promised me that once he completes his expiations, he is sure that I will start taking interest and jump at once…

He defined that” Affiliate Marketing “ is simply to do business and promote other people’s products. To explain in simpler terms you promote other people’s products by using ` internet as your medium and help to sell their products . But it does not mean that that you should have own products and sell to other people as many may think, it is not that case either. You may also think that you should purchase other people products sell them by keeping some profit, my dear it is also not case my friend explained.

In reality there are thousands and thousands of people , who are willing to promote other people products. But we should see who is doing with most cost effective way to promote their products the word of mouth, emailing, articles, or thru web sites, they are being paid commissions for promoting their products hence increase in sell. More sell means more profits for them. When people like us who help or promote those people products through above methods get a cut of the purchase price. That's affiliate marketing.

Then how does it works??

We apply or sign up in affiliate marketing program ( ex: Clickbank ect) and choose products to promote as affiliates. We can select one, two or three products depending on our capacity to promote at one time and start promoting those products through special URL provided for each product (separate ). When some one clicks those special URL and buys product and we get our commissions on each purchase made in this way. How to promote those products are entirely on you. You choose to write articles to promote those products. Or use google Adsense ( the add you put on your website ) to promote and earn money. Google will pay you every time someone clicks on an ad.

Then it came in to my mind ….. How much I can earn??

The answer to this question: it's really hard to say. Some affiliate marketers are able to earn only $25 a day or less, while some earn as much as $2,000 a day. It really depends on your ability to market the product, how many other people are marketing the product, and how popular the product is, not to mention, how much it costs. If you're able to market well (after learning how to do it) and are willing to put in some hard work, you can certainly earn a ton of money through affiliate marketing. If, however, you don't want to work hard to get better at affiliate marketing, you'll probably not have as much success as others.

Is It Easy to Get Into? ? I asked my friend. And he replyed…..

Five years ago, the answer to this question would have probably been “no, it's not easy to get into.” But with all of the affiliate marketing programs on the internet, it's now considerably easier to break into affiliate marketing. While it's not as easy as some business ventures may be, affiliate marketing is very easy to get started with if you use a good program. The key to your success and the easiness of affiliate marketing will be your program and your willingness to learn what works and what does not work in affiliate marketing.
